The Personal Prompt Library is a powerful feature in HallianAI that allows you to save, organize, and quickly access your most effective prompts for repeated use. By storing your favorite prompts, you can streamline your workflow, maintain consistency in your AI interactions, and boost productivity. The prompt library is designed for both new and experienced users, making it easy to insert, customize, and manage prompts directly within your conversations.
Locate the Profile Icon:
At the top right corner of the HallianAI interface, find the Profile icon.
Open the Profile Menu:
Click the Profile icon to reveal a dropdown menu.
Select "My Prompts":
In the dropdown, click on My Prompts. This opens your personal prompt library.
Go to the "Add New Prompt" Tab:
In the My Prompts section, ensure you are on the Add New Prompt tab.
Enter Prompt Details:
Title: Type a clear, descriptive name for your prompt in the Title field.
Example: Meeting Minutes
Prompt: Enter the full text of your prompt in the Prompt field.
Example: Please provide detailed meeting minutes including the date and time of the meeting, list of attendees, agenda items discussed, key points and decisions made for each agenda item, action items with assigned responsibilities and deadlines, and any other important notes or follow-up items
Set Prompt as Active:
Toggle the Active switch to enable this prompt for use in chats.
Save the Prompt:
Click the Save button to add your prompt to the library.
