What is My Files?

"My Files" is a feature in the HallianAI platform that allows users to upload up to 10 personal documents (each up to 25 MB) directly into the system. Once uploaded, users can interact with these files by asking questions, requesting summaries, extracting key points, and performing analyses. Multiple files can be analyzed together in real time, and users can also combine their uploaded files with AI assistants for broader AI search capabilities. Additionally, users have the option to manage their files by viewing and deleting them as needed.

• Uploaded files are private to your user account.
• The maximum upload limit is 10 files, each up to 25 MB.
• The AI’s ability to analyze multiple files depends on the context window size of the language model. </aside>

Uploading Files

• Log in to the HallianAI platform.
• Click the New Conversation button located at the top left corner of the interface.
• A blank conversation page will appear.
• Locate the blue paperclip📎 icon at the bottom left side of the conversation window.
• Click the blue paperclip📎 icon to open the file upload option.
• Select **Files** → choose the document(s) you want to upload.
