What Are Projects?

Projects in HallianAI are shared workspaces for organizing AI-assisted work around a common goal. A project gives your team one place to:

• Share project-specific instructions
• Upload and manage documents
• Create and continue conversations
• Add project members
• Create and track tasks
• Review project activity and usage

Projects can support short-term work that lasts a few days or longer-term initiatives that require ongoing collaboration.

Typical uses include:

• Project research
• Contract reviews
• Proposal and RFQ development
• Client or internal deliverables
• Meeting and action-item tracking
• Any work that benefits from shared conversations, documents, and tasks

Project conversations and documents are available to the members of that project.

Create a New Project

1. Click the Projects tab, represented by the folder icon in the top navigation.
