What Are Personal Skills?

Personal Skills are reusable instructions that you create for your own work. They allow you to define a repeatable process, response format, or specialized workflow for HallianAI.

You might create a Personal Skill to:

• Prepare meeting minutes in your preferred format
• Review contracts for specific risks
• Draft responses to RFQs
• Structure reports using a standard template
• Apply your preferred project-review process
• Work with a particular tool, server, or file format

Personal Skills are available only to you unless they are separately created as Organization Skills by an authorized administrator.

Open My Skills Library

To open your Personal Skills:

1. Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner of HallianAI.
2. Select My Skills Library.
3. Review the available Personal Skills and Organization Skills.
4. Use the search field to find a specific skill.
5. Select a skill to view or edit it, if you have permission.

The library presents your Personal Skills and the Organization Skills available to you together in one searchable location.
